How does it work?

– The Gift Card is applicable only on www.HappyClouds.in
– Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on Gift Cards. If you choose COD as an option, the order will not be processed
– The Gift Card is valid for 6 months from date of purchase
– The Gift Card can be redeemed only once by applying the coupon at the checkout page. Any balance amount will not be carry forwarded for future purchases
– The Gift Card cannot be replaced/exchanged for cash

We are happy to accept returns/ exchange only if the product is damaged/defective or if you have received an incorrect product. In such cases, please write to us on orders@happyclouds.in within 48 hrs of receipt of the order along with photos and we shall address your concern. For clothing orders, please refer to the size chart in the last image for each product.
